LHI is wholly owned by Metsure Insurance Brokers, an award winning team of brokers providing its customers with protection for commercial, liability and property assets.
We have grown from a boutique operation based on the Sunshine Coast in South East Queensland to providing coverage to multi-million dollar businesses and high value homes across Australia.
LHI specialise in home insurance for high value properties with a preferred building sum insured of $1,000,000 and minimum contents sum insured of $150,000 however we will still quote properties below these limits.

Our policies can include worldwide cover for jewellery or valuables and your personal liability.

when I need to claim, what happens?
In the event of a claim, you will have your very own personal & professional claims consultant.
Hard to believe but it’s true. You will not be a number handled by the first available staff member in a busy call centre. We are extremely passionate about the level of service we provide from start to finish.
We offer concierge level service.
This is where LHI really shine. We will offer advice and options when purchasing the policy to suit your needs and protect your assets, tailoring a solution that works best for you. We will guide you through the claims process from start to finish, providing advice, appointing contractors and dealing with the insurer on your behalf. In most cases you can even choose your repairer.
