To make a claim, simply click here to start the claim submission process. You even have the option to upload photos to support your claim and to help our consultants understand what has happened. Once submitted, you will be assigned your very own personal & professional claims consultant; hard to believe but it’s true. You will not be a number handled by the first available staff member in a busy call centre. We are extremely passionate about the level of service that we provide, from start to finish.
